The Launch of Milk & Honey US (2021)
In 2021, we launched Milk & Honey PR’s U.S. public relations operation under the leadership of Paul Cohen, with a bold goal: to bring clarity, authenticity, and measurable impact to communications in a crowded and chaotic marketplace.
Within years, we built a dynamic team, attracting top talent from agencies like Ketchum, 5WPR, and Edelman, blending big-agency expertise with a nimble, collaborative, results-driven spirit.
Recognizing the Need for Change (2025)
By 2025, the media and attention landscape had evolved, and so did we. As traditional PR methods began to lose their relevance, we realized that it was time for our agency to adapt. This shift marked the beginning of a transformation—an evolution in our approach to communication, positioning us to meet the changing needs of modern brands.

This evolution led to the creation of Attention Comms, a new identity built around a sharper focus on what truly matters. Today, we are doubling down on our founding belief: helping purpose-driven organizations attract the right kind of attention—not vanity metrics, but real, lasting engagement.
